Once your return package is on its way back to our warehouse, the return process begins. After it’s received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking shows as “Delivered.” Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear back on your original payment method.

We’re so sorry if you received a damaged item. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the damaged product and your order details, and we’ll help resolve it. Note: Any damage reported after our 180-day guarantee period cannot be refunded or replaced.

Goods are classified as faulty if they arrive damaged or a manufacturing fault occurs within 180 days of purchase. After 180 days, damage is considered wear and tear. If you believe your item is faulty, contact [email protected] so we can assist.
